Can the Mets please DL Jose? How long do we have to watch the Mets play a man down? Nobody learned from last year with Church's injury? When someone is hurt, you put them on the DL. They get better, and can play 100% when they return.
Or, you can keep trying to play Jose Reyes, and he can keep reinjuring himself until he plays ineffectively all year.
Ironically, Church is also hurt now as well. DL. Please. The Mets actually have someone in the minor leagues named Fernando Martinez. He might be more overrated than Lastings was, but at least we have a replacement for Church. Make the DL move.
